Man arrested, charged with murder
Jonathan Rodrigues was fatally shot while at a home on Golfhaven Drive near Scarborough Golf Club Road and Lawrence Avenue at about 9:40 p.m.
On March 4, police released security camera images of four persons of interest who were seen leaving a nearby apartment building just before the murder.
An arrest warrant for murder was issued for a man two days later.
On Sunday, 36-year-old Mohmed Ahmed Nakhuda was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
Rodrigues is the city's eighth murder victim of 2008.
